薑汁白豚肉沙律
材料:白豚肉8片、沙律菜2杯、櫻桃茄數粒
醃料:日本醬油11/2茶匙、味醂/薑茸/麻油各1茶匙
沙律汁:薑茸/白醋各2湯匙、日本醬油1湯匙、味醂/麻油/白芝麻各1茶匙

1.櫻桃茄切半。沙律汁拌勻,加入已洗淨及略雪的沙律菜中,與櫻桃茄先盛在小碗中。

2.將醃料中的日本醬油、味醂、薑茸、麻油拌勻,下白豚肉稍拌勻取出。

3.燒熱油,下白豚肉片煎熟,放在沙律面即可享用。
