匯控(00005)/內銀股/渣打(02888)/利豐(00494)/中資保險股/龍源(00916)/和黃(00013)

大摩升匯控(00005-HK)目標價至100元，預言30日內跑贏大市

摩根士丹利發表研究報告，決定上調匯豐控股的目標價，由原來92元升至100元，此考慮其盈利將會較佳，及撥備支出減低(特別是美國業務的部分)，及基於2012年預測每股盈利為1.27元，但維持其「持有」的投資評級。

大摩亦預言，匯控於未來30日內股價可「跑贏大市」，因可受惠於美國業務撥備減少，並估計其至2012年的股本回報率達14%，並估計發生此情況的機會率達80%；而大摩指，在匯豐最樂觀情況下，目標價可挑戰135元。

但大摩表示，暫不予匯控「增持」的投資評級，因考慮其面對新興市場(特別是亞洲)的不確定因素，包括通脹及資產因素，雖然估計其英國業務等將可改善。

大摩估計，匯控於2010年至2012年每股盈利預測各為0.78、1.07及1.27美元，此相當預測2011年市帳率1.3倍，市盈率10.6倍。

瑞信：匯控(00005-HK)估值吸引上望97元，料跑贏大市

瑞信發表研究報告表示，重申對匯豐控股「跑贏大市」的投資評級，及目標價97元，指其現價估值吸引，其資產負債表具良好表現，料其至2012年的一級資本充足比率達10.7%，具充足的資本應付潛在巴塞爾三期的資本要求。

瑞信指，匯控可受惠升息周期，兼且其融資成本較低，有利其改善定價能力及毛利的表現；該行估計，匯控於2010年至2012年每股盈利預測各為0.76、0.95及1.09美元，指現價相當預測2011年市帳率1.3倍。

該行估計，匯控於2010年盈利為136.14億美元，淨利息收入392.05億美元，非利息收入273.41億美元，期內撥備138.23億美元，而瑞信料，匯控於2011年盈利為166.8億美元。

高盛：加息對內銀股影響中性，推薦三隻股份

高盛發表研究報告，就內地傍晚宣布加息0.25%後，該行在評估對各內地銀行股的影響後，相信對2011年除稅後盈利的影響介乎-2%至+1.1%，相信對行業影響中性，而中央加息亦顯示其對控制通脹的決心，顯示宏觀經濟前景正面。

高盛預料，今次加息對內銀淨息差影響中性，對中小型銀行會較為有利，因其貸款定價能力可望提高，其中估計招商銀行(3968-HK)、中信銀行(0998- HK)於2011年稅後盈利可各提高0.9%及1.1%；對大型銀行如工行(1398-HK)、建行(0939-HK)及農行(1288-HK)有輕微的負面影響。

高盛認為，因內地經濟基本面仍強勁，仍看好內銀股的前景，認為可待調整時收集，而該行的行業首選股，包括工行(投資評級買入)、建行(買入)、中信銀行(確信買入)。

瑞銀指人行加息市場已預期，推介兩內銀股

瑞銀發表研究報告，認為人行是次加息市場已經預期，預計未來數個月內地將會持續加息，而行業首選看好工商銀行(1398-HK)以及重慶農村商業銀行(3618-HK)。

瑞銀報告指出，人民銀行昨夜調高內地存款及貸款利率25點，該行認為，是次加息市場早已預期，同時相信未來數個月人民銀行將會持續加息；瑞銀亦認為，雖然加息對銀行有負面影響，但由於內銀股有多項利好因素，當中包括包括更佳的貨幣市場利率和更好定價，將有助消化加息的影響。

該行續指出，人行已經加息三次，相信該三次加息對中小型銀行較大型銀行有利，原因是貸款平均生息資產比率較佳；但整體來說，瑞銀預計內銀毛利率的前景維持正面。

瑞信降渣打(02888-HK)目標價16%，指反映去年供股及營運情況

瑞信發表研究報告，將渣打集團評目標價由272元降15.8%至229元，並維持「跑贏大市」評級，以反映去年10月供股因素和最新營運情況，以及2014年預期13.5倍市盈率。

瑞信報告指出，渣打於去年10月8供1供股籌53億美元，該行預計公司的一級核心資本比率將於2012年升至10.5%，故此相信足以輕易滿足《巴塞爾協定三》的要求，因此投資者將渣打焦點放於估值以及公司增長風險。

該行續指出，現時亞洲普遍經濟面對通脹的風險，尤其面對負利率的情況，雖然區內持續加息將有助渣打毛利，瑞信估計，若區內普遍加息25點子，將有助渣打 2011年稅前盈利增加10%，但加息同時衍生信貨量增長以及資產質素等問題，故該行微調渣打稅前盈利3至5%，以反映零售銀行收入，以及供股帶來的影響。

因此，瑞信預計渣打2010及2011年純利分別為41.37億及49.12億元(美元,下同)，每股盈利1.96元及2.12元，股本回報率為13.7及13.5%。

瑞信指市場低估利豐(00494-HK)盈利能力，升目標價至60.3元

瑞信發表研究報告，指市場低估利豐2010年至2012年強勁盈利增長，該行認為利豐將迎來自90年代始表現最好的三年，因此將目標價格從54.5元升至60.3元，以反映原先預計2011年25倍市盈率升至32倍，並維持其「跑贏大市」評級。

瑞信在報告中指出，沃爾瑪簽訂向國外採購協議以及公司為收購籌措高達10億美元資金都為其帶來正面效應，該行預計，公司在2011年及2012年盈利將分別增長6%至8%。此外，公司過往的兩年每股盈利複合年增長率有兩次超過20%，因此該行預計良好的歷史記錄將為公司帶來2011年及2012年該增長率分別為44%及27%，這也讓公司得到重估的機會。

瑞信預測利豐於2010至2012年純利分別為53.39億、76.59億及91.64億元，並預計其三年的股本回報率分別為28.2%、35.4%及37.5%。

高盛：中資保險股可受惠加息，惟上半年仍受限內地股市收益

高盛發表報告表示，就內地昨晚宣布加息0.25%後，指人行上調1年存款息率25點子至3%、3年存款息率35個點子至4.5%，及升5年期的存款息率45 個點子至5%，相信今次加息對中資保險股的盈利及內含價值均有利，估計可提升中資保險股今年除稅後盈利介乎0.22%至1.31%。

高盛認為，平保(2318-HK)及中國太平(0966-HK)在行業行置具有優勢，估計平安可受惠於今次加息，令其2011年除稅後盈利提高0.92%，提高今年內含價值0.04%，估計中國太平可惠今次加息，令2011年除稅後盈利提高1.31%，提升今年內含價值0.19%。

但該行估計，中資股今年上半年股價將仍將疲弱，受累內地股市疲弱，及新業務價值增長疲弱，兼且中保監或於春節後公布銀保的新條款，而該行重申平保為其行業首選，重申對其「買入」的投資評級，及目標價102.4元。

瑞銀降龍源(00916-HK)目標價逾兩成，料炭排放收入減少

瑞銀發表研究報告，料龍源電力炭排放收入將減少，因此將該股目標價從11.1元降23.4%至8.5元，但維持「買入」評級。

瑞銀指出，由於渦輪機價格持續下跌，預計中國風電企業難以註冊京都協議下的CDM項目；該行認為，雖然當京都協議於2012年屆滿後，炭排放項目將難以尋求註冊；但同時認為，京都協議結束後，風電商的炭排放收入將不會降至零，主因是相信中國將中期新引入新機制，並相信該機制將會伸延至2018年。

另外，龍源電力2010年新建風場達至目標，同時註冊CDM項目亦較預期為多；此外，公司正在解決內蒙電網的樽瓶頸問題，故對公司股價前景正面。

因此，瑞銀預計龍源電力2010及2011年純利分別為17.85億及26.45億元，每股盈利0.24及0.35元，股本回報率為7.9及10.8%。

摩通：和黃(00013-HK)重估價值未反映，上調目標價15%

摩根大通發表研究報告，指出和記黃埔重估價值未反映，因此維持「增持」評級，目標價由98元上升15.3%至113元，以反映預期每股資產淨值121.1元折讓7%。

摩根大通報告指出，和黃股價自去年8月至今已升逾50%，主要由於市場對公司的現金流樂觀，同時預計將會增加派息以及作出更多收購活動；加上Vodafone第3季季度業績強勁，支持及加強和黃2011年3G行業EBIT收支平衡的目標。

摩通續指出，雖然現時和黃估值自股價上升後估值較早前略欠吸引力，但認為和黃估值重估仍未完全反映，預計3G業務EBIT證實收支平衡後，將有助支持股價強勁的勢頭；此外，現時和黃每股資產淨值有22%折讓，故對股價前景樂觀。

因此，摩根大通預計和黃2010及2011年純利分別為130.69億及197.16億元，每股盈利3.79及4.62元，股本回報率為4.5及6.6%。
